Nate Connolly and Bill Boos launched Ridgeline Custom Homes in 2002. Both are long-time residents of Central Oregon, and their homes reflect the area lifestyle.

Nate developed his artistic eye and patient love of craftsmanship while remodeling and restoring classic old buildings in New England. He earned a minor in architectural drafting, which clarified his ideas of how a house should relate to the land and the people living in it. Nate is the visionary for each home Ridgeline builds; he walks the land, assesses the views, and partners with the local firm Designs For Living to produce a unique home plan.

Bill Boos, a Battalion Chief with The City of Bend Fire Department with a degree in business administration, and his wife Kendra manage the company's banking, financing and bookkeeping.
